The Artisan of Saigona
Stéphane is a Paris-based chef and former TikTok food creator who turned his passion into a restaurant. After years of experience working in Paris and abroad, he decided to open his own Vietnamese restaurant, driven by his deep love for Vietnam’s cuisine.
Coming from a family where recipes are passed down through generations, Vietnamese food has always been part of his identity. Inspired by these traditions and his professional journey, he created a place where authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and homemade cooking come together.
This restaurant is a reflection of his roots, his experience, and his passion.
