and any individual wishing to use the services offered (hereinafter "the User").
The services offered may include:
- online booking;
- viewing the menu;
- Payment at the table via QR code;
- The option to leave an online review.
2. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
Use of the services implies consultation, understanding, and full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The user declares that they are legally capable of entering into a contract.
3. Online Booking
Reservations can be made via the booking module accessible from the SAIGONA website or through partners.
The user must provide certain personal information (last name, first name, phone number, email address, comments).
SAIGONA may request a credit card authorization or prepayment to guarantee the reservation.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, the amount may be retained or charged according to the conditions specified during the booking process.
4. Payment at the Table
SAIGONA may offer online payment of the bill via a secure module accessible by QR code.
The user must verify the accuracy of the bill before confirming.
Payment is processed through a secure payment provider (e.g., Adyen, Stripe, or equivalent).
5. Online Reviews
After their experience, users can leave a review.
Comments must comply with applicable laws and not infringe upon the rights of third parties.
SAIGONA reserves the right to moderate or remove any inappropriate content.
6. Liability
SAIGONA shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the services, technical interruptions, or force majeure events.
7. Personal Data
The data collected is necessary for managing reservations and improving services.

8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to catering services provided on a specific date or during a specific period.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
